The PRIZM Virtual Card is a prepaid stored value virtual card that works like a real credit card utilizing funds that have been pre-loaded onto it, but with no plastic card associated with it. These cards are not credit cards as there is no credit element associated with them. PRIZM Virtual cards can be used for online shopping & purchases at websites, online merchants, internet shops & web stores over the internet. It can even be used for purchases over the phone and fax order where physical presence of card is not required.

You will receive your virtual stored value card in your email registered with us after your payment is confirmed.
You will receive following in your email to constitute a virtual prepaid card . . . . .
- 16 digit virtual card number.
- 3 digits of CVC / CVC2 number – three digit security number, this is also called verification code. It is normally found on the back of a credit card
- Expiry date of the card
- Name on card (this name is provided by the client to personalize virtual card)
- Billing address of card (this address is also provided by the client to personalize virtual card)
Normally virtual card is sent to client’s email address once payment is received and verified, usually within 1 to 4 days.
Please note that most orders are completed faster than above timeframe. Utmost effort is made to complete the order as per above timeframe, however it should be noted we do not guarantee or are held responsible for damage or losses if any delay occurred in a situation beyond our control such as slow banking, act of God or force majeure.
Your Virtual card will have an expiry of between 1 to 24 months. The expiry date for the particular card you ordered is shown at the time of purchase and will be disclosed in the confirmation e-mail you will receive when you order your card.
Our Virtual cards are available in both reloadable or non reloadable. You can use this card multiple times as long as you have an available balance on it. For the reloadable card: once your balance is used, you can add more money onto it by logging in under Cardholders on the navigation bar of this website
CanaCash virtual gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $250 & $500 denominations.
There is no fee in the first six months. Starting in the 7th month there will be a monthly maintenance fee of $2.50

The currency on your PRIZM Virtual card is in Canadian Dollars. If a merchant charges in a currency other than Canadian Dollars, payment will be converted to that currency. You will be charged a Foreign Exchange Fee at the prevailing market rate for any purchases in a currency other than Canadian Dollars.

Yes, your PRIZM Virtual Card is accepted at above websites and additionally will also work on almost all online merchants accepting payments via credit cards.
The Billing address of the card will the one provided by the purchaser at time of purchase.
The card is issued by All Trans Financial Services Credit Union Ltd.
Anyone from any country or citizenship can get the card and no ID is required for the non reloadable virtual. ID is required to obtain the reloadable virtual.
Any funds remaining on the card will be forfeited at the time of expiry. It is up to the cardholder to use all funds available on the card before expiration.
There is no restriction on number of non reloadable cards that can be ordered. Yes, you can get virtual card in your company or business name.
Yes, you can book hotels online as long as there is no requirement to show a physical card.
Yes, it can be gifted to anyone.
You can get transaction information and the balance on your card by going to the mycardspace login on this website.
No credit card in the world can claim to work at every website or online merchant. Merchants have their own rules regarding how they accept payment for goods or services. When this is the case then it is out of our control and we cannot force a merchant to accept the payment.
Refunds cannot be processed back to your virtual card. Merchant’s policies differ and are out of our control. You may be able to obtain cash refund or store credit but the final decision is that of the merchant. We cannot be held responsible for the quality or suitability of any goods or services paid for with your Virtual card or for any return or refund policy of any merchant.
